I'm not one to leave a bad review for a company but something has come to light about a subject that happened in the past that has really made me feel betrayed by this dealership.First I'd like to state I am a repeat customer at this dealership. I am on my second Mercedes in 7 years and was planning to go on my 3rd until I realized they stole nearly $18,000 dollars from me.My first purchase was December of 2010. I leased a E350 which was my first time leasing a car instead of purchasing. We gave them my trade in which ended up being a $6,000 profit for myself. I went with my father to help translate since English isn't his first language but he knows well about purchasing cars, not leasing. SO I brought him along to help me. Our car salesman told us in order to lease a car we HAD to put $6,000 down, there was absolutely no other option. So we had decided that the money we got from the trade in we will put towards the down payment. After spending hours there we finally get to the time to sign papers and the finance officer asked us how we are paying for the down payment. My father told them he's using the trade in value funds and the man said "Absolutely not, it needs to be cash or card paid today" Confused my father and I looked at each other not knowing what to do. When we called the salesman back into the room he then said "Oh, I thought the trade in value would just be extra for the down payment". Can someone please tell me who in their right minds puts 12k down on a lease for him to think this???. So we then told them to send us a check for the trade in and my dad swiped his card for the down payment. The check never came and when we called them they said it was too late and they couldn't reimburse us for the extra down payment. This case was closed.3 years go by and I went in to talk to someone about wanting to turn in my lease early to buy a new car because I was reaching my miles limit. I don't know the gentleman's name I just know he was of Asian decent informed me that there's no way I can turn in my lease early. Either I drive less (which is hard to really do) or I'll pay extra for my miles. Fine. When it came time to turn in my car, I was charged another $6,000 for my additional miles. I figured it's my fault I will pay the price.I have just recently been made aware all of these rules they told me were a lie. With my warranty coming to an end soon and their extended warranty prices being extreme (7,000 for an extra 3 years) I wanted to speak to someone about possibly buying a new car or leasing again. Thankfully now they have a finance advisor who is actually honest. She informed me it's not necessary to put a down payment on a lease, just pay closing costs which are about 2k. Ok that's reasonable, the people have to be paid for doing the paperwork to get me my lease but that's 4k LESS then what I should have paid. I never got my check for the extra $6k for the down payment. Then she tells me I could trade in my lease up to 6 months early without any penalty if I get another Mercedes. I heart nearly sank at that moment.I feel my father and I were completely taken advantage of. We were deliberately lied to our faces for the salesman and dealerships own profit. When it was also brought to someone's attention what had happened I just got an apology but she then changed the subject to me getting a new car. I would think the manager could at least call a repeat customer who feels betrayed. You know I'm looking to buy a new vehicle, offer me a discount, throw in a maintenance package, something for someone going to buy their 3rd car from you in 7 years.Unfortunately, I will not be buying or leasing my new car from this dealership. The only reason it received 2 stars is because Tim who is now the service manager was my go to service man whenever I needed any maintenance and his service was always impeccable. The only smart thing they've down there is make him manager. He deserves it!Now the service here in general (front desk, service area) is really good so I won't suggest not purchasing from here. Just make sure you know what your talking about when it comes to leasing or buying a car and can't be tricked.

Gavin Hill and Isaac Weaver were the rudest and most disrespectful salesmen I have ever encountered.  After selling us a car that was not safe to drive off the lot without warning us (tread on the tires was below the minimum level considered safe by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration), they proceeded to tell us that they could not "buy our business" by replacing the tires with any that were up to code.  They then had the arrogance to puff out their chests and tell us that we did not understand what we were talking about.  I have never wasted my time writing any review of any business but after our experience I would be doing the world a disservice by not sharing how awfully we were treated by Gavin and Isaac.  I wouldn't go back if they were giving free cars away.  Can I go lower than one star?

This dealership does not fit the standard you would expect from a Mercedes dealership. Staff has no urgency to help you and the service advisor had minimal knowledge on the brand he serves.
